Reverses the display change made in v4.0.37. That change was meant to stop an abandoned send from being counted forever, but in practice it went too far and hid holdings that were genuinely still there. Rather than leave a wrong count in place, the previous behaviour was restored while the real cause was tracked down.
Adds per-asset diagnostic logging so the decision to count or skip each individual holding can be inspected directly, instead of being guessed at from the total. That logging is what identified the actual bug, fixed in v4.0.39.
If you are on this version, update to v4.0.39 — it carries the real fix.
