Attempted to fix asset counts by no longer counting the change from a broadcast that never confirmed. The intent was right — an abandoned send should not keep inflating a balance — but the rule was too broad and ended up hiding holdings that were genuinely still owned.
This was reverted in v4.0.38, and the correct fix shipped in v4.0.39. Recorded here for completeness; there is no reason to run this version.
