Some phones aggressively freeze background apps to save battery, which can quietly stall syncing and leave you without up-to-date confirmations. The wallet now offers to add itself to your phone's battery-optimization exemption so it's allowed to stay connected while it catches up.
It also reconnects more dependably when your connection changes — for example switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data — only attempting to reconnect once a real, working network is actually available.
